From US-50 / Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe, take Tahoe Keys Boulevard south for ~1 mile. Turn right at the marina sign onto Venice Drive. Parking is on-site; the Rubicon Dock is where Bleu Wave passengers meet.
Free on-site parking. Lot fills up on summer weekends — arrive 30+ minutes before your cruise.
